Responsible to: CFO, Team Leader
Job Description:
Responsible for policies cancellation process in insurance software
Processing monthly commissions, sales incentives and quarterly bonuses which includes running reports and performing calculations
Daily bank adjustment import and export
Responsible for the reconciliation of all money transactions
Automatically unpaired commission payments identification – corrects transactional errors in reconciliation
Working with partners to resolve missing and late commissions issues in a timely manner
Learning company policies, procedures and safety rules
Requirements:
University education
Related work experience required – advanced
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Strong attention to detail
Team player
Highly organized, self-starter and capable to work efficiently with minimum supervision
Interpersonal and good communication skills
Languages:
- Romanian language native or proficient
- English language advanced
